To me there should be a distinction between flopping with 0 contact and exaggerating contact. Guys like Ginobli, Durant and Lebron exaggerate contact and draw attention to fouls (even if their weak fouls their still fouls) whereas CP3, Blake and Wade flop when there is zero contact and no foul there at all. That's on another level and should result in a suspension.
