He knows he's a one trick pony, traveling layups. If that isn't available, he has nothing

I think LeBron deserve a little credit here. For a guy that don't like him very much...I can see he is trying very hard to play defense on the Spurs. He was scrambling all over in defense and that empties out the gas tank....

Lets see if they can avoid getting in a big hole and you might see a different LeBron.

He should be taking no less than 20 shots a game.

Nah what LBJ did is fine, Lewis and Wade were on fire!

one more thing I hate, him getting the ball and ****in holding it instead of making a quick/decisive move. Dude holds the ball for like 10 seconds doing all those stupid ass jab moves

Seriously how hard is it to try a pump fake see if defense bites? Wade made a career out of it and with how whistle happy the refs were he could have gotten something going.

Not a Lebron fan but this is honestly speaking. If they win ppl say Lebron plays like Magic. If they lose, he's not taking enough shots.

That's just part of Lebron's game. He doesn't take over with scoring. He's an all around player other than straight kill you scorer. Thats why people compare Kobe to MJ and not Lebron.

Front runner.

If the Heat was ahead by 5-10 all game, he would've been real aggressive offensively and posing for the cameras all night.

But the team ran into some adversity and needed him to step up, Kawhi challenged him, so he was all like

He's by far the most frustrating to superstar to ever watch. This dude will be shooting 99% from the field and still be unwililng to take shots. I don't think it's a fear thing at all, he just need to switch his mentality a bit.

But Lebron wasn't on fire :biggums:

Did you not forget he had 14 points in the first quarter?

You must've started watching basketball last year then.

Magic, Bill Russell, Tim Duncan have all shot less in the playoffs than LeBron this year. Wilt Chamberlain in his title years too.

Combined these 4 players have 22 NBA titles.

he seemed shook out there when Kawhi was on him. So Lebron just went: "screw it, I'll just keep passing, protect my FG%, and stat padd my assists." but turns out, he ended up with 7 turnovers.

Out of all you could only compare him to Magic who had Kareem scoring 35PPG in the finals, who is going to do that for Miami other than LeBron?

i disagree. he was beyond passive in that 2nd half, especially the 4th quarter. at times, he even looked disengaged from the game, and made careless turnovers.

JVG was getting pretty annoying during the broadcast, but he was spot on when he said lebron needed to continually take it to the hole in the 4th. he didnt even try, it seemed. if he wasnt able to get to the rim, then so be it. at least it would have caused the defense to collapse on him, leaving shooters open on the wings.

You can't say this foolishness and expect to get away with it can you?

So 2007 Detroit, 2009 Orlando, 2011 Chicago, 2012 Boston, 2013 Spurs and countless other series didn't happen? This guy has led some amazing comeback during his career, stop this foolishness.

(Nevermind that Kareem wasn't always scoring those 35 points, and that Magic was sometimes the leading scorer) I didn't juste use Magic as an example.

I mentioned, Magic, Bill Russell Wilt Chamberlain, and Tim Duncan. Arguably 4 of the top 5 players of all time (not in my rankings, but I don't see why not)!

If you're going to rate superstars by the amount of shots they take, well... at least there's one measure where Kobe far surpasses everyone else among all-time greats, I suppose :lol

I don't see why a superstar has to take a lot of shots. When doubled or tripled.. pass to the open man. Lebron makes the correct basketball decision probably 95% of the time. Remarkable player.

Who is Miami's best scorer?
