Im 6'1" with t-rex arms as well. Im a great shooter with a quick release that helps me get by at the rec. I have a buddy who is 5'6" with longer arms than mine, and when we both sir down, we're the same height.

About the same measurments as Isiah Thomas on the Celtics. 5'8, close to being 5'9, with a 6'1 wingspan. Bounce between 180 and 190.

I'll post a pic with my arms spread soon, I think its mostly due to my broad shoulders rather than freaky long arms. Though it's a combo

It's all relative of course, but true. I'm a rec league player, we're all fans of professional basketball players, NCAA players etc. The best players on the planet. By that standard, I'm ****ing terrible. If any ISHers played any college ball whatsoever, and/or had a lot of size/talent/trained skillsets from a good HS program I'm also probably not good compared to them. In my rec league I'm servicable off defense and effort though. I'm happy just to be able to play.
