Mine only had 40,000kms (about 25k miles) on it so it was barely used when I picked it up. I couldn't drive it on my own until I was 18 though, in Australia you can get your learner's permit at 16 but can't go for a license until your 18.

This one looked just like the same one I had.i had 4 12 solo barics , 5 screens washed it twice a week.hated that it took premium gas and at that time gas was creeping up to close to $5 a gallon and it was a gas guzzler .i decided to donate it to breast cancer awareness charity. I had to get a ES Lexus car after this one minus the tacky speakers and just a regular sound system to hit nicely.

1988 Mercury Cougar, 80% White, 20% Rust.

A lot like this, actually.

http://www.coolcats.net/fox/images/88xr7_01.jpg

Fun bit of history: I bought the car for $800 in 1998...with 6,000 original miles on it. The woman who I bought it from had zero use of her right arm, and it had one of those old-ass transmission sticks that was in the steering wheel...but it did nothing because, again, she couldn't use her right hand. Instead of shifting with the stick, she had an electric push-button transmission controller installed on the console to the left of the steering wheel. Great conversation piece, that thing. Also had a suicide knob on it, but I removed that ****er.

Got some great blowjobs in that car...merely because I was one of the few guys who had a car. :D

Mine was a 94 Civic, but I'm older than you guys. Got it in 99 I ran that car until about 06. It had almost 350k miles on it when I found the great deal I found on an loaded 04 Accord.

I'm actually looking into buying a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring Edition right now. My Accord still has less than 60k miles on it. I'm hoping I can get 10 grand for it.

We've always been a Toyota family so naturally my first car was my sister's hand me down '96 Corolla. I used to drive it like I had a ****ing 'Vette and beat it to **** but it never gave up on me.

I'm on my fourth car now and three of them have been Toyotas with one POS Monte Carlo in between. Now there was a money pit.

That's my biggest concern. But it has the tightest turning radius in that class, that was a big point for me.

Mostly I had a nightmare day last winter trying to get home from the UConn Memphis game in Hartford. It was like an hour drive that turned into a 4 hour nightmare because of a spur of the moment ice storm. I decided that I'd get something 4 wheel drive before next winter.
