I watch ESPN a lot and keep hearing about how this is the next Michael Jordan, LeBron James....
Really? THIS is the next MICHAEL JORDAN?
A 6'8, 250 pound player with no footwork and average ball handling?
A guy who is being given wide open shots and choosing to force passes to role players?
A guy who is letting ROLE PLAYERS ATTACK him on defense?
And a guy who is nowhere to be found in the final moments of each game...
I mean I just witnessed the commentators start to suggest that maybe his passive play is the direct result of a fvcking TUMMY ACHE!!! I can't help but feel cheated as a fan right now. Like this was all just some sort of dreadful hoax and the media has just been fvcking with us for their own personal amusement....

I do. I used to be a LeBron fan until I realized that he isn't a real champion (asterisk rings) and thinks too much about his stats.

A little bit...
But not nearly as cheated as I felt when they gave the ball back to OKC after it clearly went off of Reggie Jackson's hand.

When I registered to this site in April 2013, I expected great basketball discussion and insightful analysis.
But then there's f@ggots like OP. I feel cheated.

Yeah... that was bullshit. I still have no idea what CP3 was doing trying to draw a shooting foul at fullcourt though. Just secure the damn ball, don't leave it in the officials hands...

Bran is actually the only one playing with passion.

Yep
This guy was suppose to be "the chosen one"
and "king James"
All the tools to be better than Jordan only to come up short. :facepalm

I thought Bosh came out with good intensity while Wade and LeBron looked half asleep. Norris Cole usually looks pretty energized. Ray Allen has been their most active wing defender.
LeBron had a good 3rd quarter on offense but the game was already over. Too little too late.

I just don't understand. Why not compare the guy to Oscar? Hell, and even if you must skip over a bunch of people he's still below and compare him to Bird and Magic then go ahead and do that. But MICHAEL JORDAN?
It doesn't make any sense. It's a load of crock. A hoax. We've all been cheated.

Lebron, Kobe, Durant, Wade, McGrady, etc, etc,.. none of these guys ESPN has touted are Jordan... so yea I guess I feel "cheated", but maybe just maybe no swingman will every be as great as MJ? So it is what it is. ESPN has to sell something

LeBron used to be my favorite player when he was in high school.
You're damn right I feel cheated. He's a worthless bum. Just not a competitor.

As the great Flava Flav said:
"don't believe the hype"
Then you'll never feel cheated.
Live in reality, people. Jordan's mind was a radioactive 600lb solid iron trap. LeBron's brain just ain't a killer.

His mother wasn't a crack addicted prostitute. She actually instilled discipline and resolve into Durant unlike Gloria 'glory hole' James

yeah, turns out as much as refs are willing to rig the game for you, they aren't going to do give you FT's everytime you pass the ball off to a role player.
