Did they underachieve to you? They were stacked in damn near every year the big three's been together. I feel like they could've won WAY more.

Was it "championship or bust" for them this year?

What say you?

If you believed their not 1, not 2, not 3, etc. schtick, then yeah.

But otherwise, 2 rings and 4 finals is about as good as you can expect from them.

I am surprised by what I'm seeing in these finals, and if it is going to end in similar circumstances in game 5, and that's it Lebron leaves, of course they underachieved.

As talented as their teams were from 2010-present? Of course I believed it when they said it. Those were their expectations. That's how GREAT they were supposed to be. That's just me, though.

This, that's why Bron went there, he said he went there for 'multiple championships' but he clearly meant more than 2! not1,2,3,4,5 etc. He stated it was gonna be 'easy' and win 2/4 as a team? That is certainly an underachievment.

2 chips is never an underachievement, but it does suck getting that close to 4 and falling short on 2 of them.

There's no shame in losing to a team like the Spurs, they're a legendary franchise and their core is comprised of multi champs and future HOFs.

Its hard to win a title in the NBA, and no one saw the steady decline of D Wade coming, who still performed great enough for them to win at least 2.

I'd say the only year that's a real disappointment was 2011, but it was the first year together and they still made the finals. I wouldn't say underachieved since they won two rings, but a 3 peat would have been epic. Spurs are obviously the better team though

Four straight championship appearances while winning twice? They hardly underachieved. And who says theyre done? What needs to happen is switch Boshs and Wades roles. Wade needs to concentrate more on being a defensive stopper and third scoring option. Then they need to get a competent big

No not really. This Spurs team is just legendary level.

Honestly, the way the Spurs are dismantling the Heat before our eyes really makes the * on chip #2 that much bigger.

Chances are still high they make finals again next year.

Everything depends on the big 3 contracts. If Wade truly isn't willing to take a pay cut, then the next couple years don't look to bright.

Only because the East sucks so bad.

Based on hype & expectations, the heat underachieve if they don't win every single year since lebron came. According to haters heat should have won 4 titles by now.

2 titles is better than 1 or 0.

With the spurs it's the opposite. They're old and no1 expects as much as the heat. If they lose it's because they're old. If they win, it's great coaching or whatever...

They've been average. Still below expectations, even with recently banged up Wade, no excuses.

They've had a crazy roster, and since 2011 have played in a super weak conference. I expected them to challenge 65+ wins every season. Had that long winning streak last season though.

I would've had them winning every year with the cowardly stacked talent, and other pieces they have on this team. 2 for 4 in the Finals is meh. They were very close, one lucky bounce and a crazy game saving shot from being 1 for 5.

They overachieved as far as i'm concerned...they had no business winning last year. One of the rare instances where the better team lost in a 7 game series.

In 4 finals against the west, they've been outplayed in 3.They basically have a bye every year in the East and even then, they were down 3-2 to Boston in 2012 and 3-3 against Indiana last year.

lol, overachieved? They had no biz winning last year cuz they got outplayed. I'm tired of people acting like this Spurs team is playing at an all-time level. That's ****ing laughable. They are good. They would be a contender in most years, but dudes are acting like this is one of the greatest teams of all time. lol. It's not. Losing to this team as the Heat is underachieving.

Making the finals is good, but the East is SOBAD. No other team would win a championship on that side.

The haters and trolls preach Heat were stacked but anybody who knew the Heat really or basketball for that matter have said Miami is flawed especially this season. They have terrible PG play and no size or real center plus they are old with guys off bench. IF Beasley and Odom worked out could of been a different story and Battier falling off and losing Miller hurt. Besides Allen no scoring spark off bench and Wade has been injury prone and lost a step. Bosh has been a glorified role player since day one. He never stepped up to #2 even when Wade was hurt or not playing well. With that said Spurs cause of depth, experience and style of play are probably the only team capable of beating the Heat in a series. I expect Miami to retool in offseason whether its Melo coming in or some changes in Role Players.
