He's arguably the greatest player in the world.

Here's Durant TAKING OVER vs the Spurs in the 4th quarter, down 2-1 in the series:

Will 2012 WCF form Durant ever return? :(

Arguably my ass.
Greg was being politically correct. He knows more than anyone Durant is and has been the best in the world for quite sometime. Durant OWNS his ass. He's the GOAT coach and I care about his opinion more than anyones on Earth. He thinks KD is the best then KD is the best. PERIOD. END OF DISCUSSION.

dang, got caught watching kd's rucker park video that was on the side of that spurs one.
2012 seemed like his year.
he still put up better playoff stats than anyone else that year and DOMINATED hitting 3 game winners in the playoffs that year. After storming back with 15 4th quarter points in game 1 of the Finals and winning and then doing the same thing in game 2 with 16 4th quarter points when he went for that game winner and got blatantly fouled for no call I knew it was over :oldlol:
the league was tired of having their main star get shit on over and over. durant, who held lebron to 9-27 shooting that series, got in foul trouble the next 2 games and the heat cruised to victory. :(
thats alright kev, we don't need shit handed to us down in OKC, we'll win it next year

Its only a matter of time until he wins it. He's only 25 after all.

What I was thinking during this past game, Miami has been an embarrassment for a Finals participant.

And funny thing is okc destroyed spurs at home those first two games. It's shocking to me how Miami have got destroyed at home.

lol or just imagine him in a system period. literally all scott brooks does is put the ball in kd's hands and tells him "go win the game."

I still think we lost the series to a handful of stupid decisions and some indecision, especially game 6.

Dude lost his mojo in the playoffs. Brooks has to do a better job of managing his minutes next season.

Truth be told, LeBron was the best player in the league this year, taking both regular season and playoffs into account. It's closer than it used to be though.

did you omit 4th quarters in your consideration?

No. The fourth quarter stats in these Finals are misleading because of the blowouts... LeBron has been playing just fine these Finals (better than last year when he won FMVP), but the team has been awful. Some might say the Spurs have been letting him score this time around, but it doesn't change the fact that it would've been a sweep without him.

I actually think Parker getting hurt cost OKC in that game believe it or not.

Yeah people bashing OKC and KD but in reality they did better then the MIAMI
it looks like Lebron had a better post season but look who he faced
bobcats < Memphis
Nets < CLippers
Pacers < Spurs
KD > LBJ

You have to take into account that while LeBron practically took the RS off, KD was carrying the majority of the load by himself.

Most definetly. He was huge in RS for Russell absence. I think Kevin Durant was getting bashed only to help Lebron out.
