Something ain't right, only 50 points for Lebron on 61%???:wtf:
If this doesn't prove he's trying to protect his fg then idk man

In Game 3, James had a series-high 73 offensive touches but attempted only 14 shots. James was guarded by Leonard on 65 percent of the Heat’s possessions with James on the court in Game 3, the most Leonard has defended James in any game this series.
Let’s take a look at how Leonard has made LeBron’s life more difficult in the NBA Finals.

could you imagine if LeBron had to go against Pippen?

Damn, 10 T/O for Lebron in 2 games and only 9 assists. Shit is bad
could you imagine if LeBron had to go against Pippen?
It would be brutal. Scottie was one of the rare perimeter player who impacted the game defensively like a big man. 6'8" with a 7'2" wingspan (Lead the League in DRT...Only SF to do so in the NBA and also in the playoffs.) On ball, playing the lanes, defending the post, coming from the weak side, chase down blocks, full court pressure on PGs...Scottie did it all, consistently.

LeBron is the only player in history that anyone would dream of saying something as ridiculous as 25 points on 61% being "shitted on".

Absolutely unreal that a player of Bron's caliber is not only not the best player in this series, he is also being outplayed by his opposing match-up.
This, like the collusion of three superstars in their prime, is unprecedented.

The series has been 4 games, not 2. Leonard was a complete no-show in games 1 & 2.
Post the averages for all 4 games of the series and continue to tell me how Leonard has outplayed James.

You have to let this go, man. You seem smart enough to overcome your lack of understanding. Please, for the sake of your dignity, you have to see that Bron's stats are meaningless and have not made a significant impact. You have to see that he is protecting his percentages to make drones like you still believe he is playing well.
I believe in you.

Does it matter? The fact that a ROLE PLAYER is outplaying "the best player in the world" in the last 2 games is what this discussion is about.

Lebron is a great player, but unlike the true GOATs, he is unable to bend the game to HIS will. He also is a horrible motivator...his teammates don't step up because he doesn't drive or inspire them to.
He's efficient because he plays within the flow of the game. Works great for the regular season or when your team is so stacked, you don't have to force things. But when it comes crunch time and it's do or die...Lebron would rather die than do.

17 points and 5 rebounds a game, while being a non factor in two games, and he's the MVP?
:oldlol:
Let's just ignore Tim Duncan who has been consistently good to great throughout every game.
LeBron is the only player in history that anyone would dream of saying something as ridiculous as 25 points on 61% being "shitted on".

LeBron's Finals this year are like Durant's 2012 Finals. Yeah, his efficiency is great, but the rest of the game isn't there. His defense has been mediocre, his play-making isn't the same, and he's been a turnover machine. Also he's been outplayed by a role-player in the two biggest games of the series. Only blind LeBron stans think this is a good series for his standards.

Duncan was poor.in game 3.
Only player who.has been great in every game is Boris Diaw and he, incidentally has had the most impact on the series.

this is why I laugh at people calling LeBron an "elite defender" or someone who can "defend 1-5."
the guy is getting exposed here in the finals. "elite" defenders don't walk back on defense and get routinely blown past on the wing.
