[B]Fast-forward 15 years, and Engelland is now part of the staff in San Antonio, where he has been since 2005

The Spurs already pay him the most out of any shooting coach in the league. I see no reason why he would go from the Spurs organizations constituency and stability, to a team that fires personel like crazy

Jazz are after him too. Maybe someone is going to give him a promotion to more than just a shooting coach?

Jazz just brought in Snyder as head coach. He coached the Spurs D-League affiliate so he's very familiar with Engelland(works with all of Spurs developmental players).
He gets paid pretty well in SA so I assume both teams are going to lure him with an assistant coaching position.
