One can imagine how Elgin And West felt most of their careers. Except it would be like meeting the 2014 Spurs every finals.

He won't be on Jordan's level, but 2/5 and 4 MVPs is still an all-time great. I'm not sure how people can hate on somebody they don't know personally so much. You guys take the stans too serious.

Bro I agree with making him his bitch part, but let's not get crazy. Leonard was awesome in this series. 22-years young and awarded an FMVP. He will be the center of the Spurs organization for the years to come. He deserves being called an upcoming star. Oh and btw, that bum ass beardy mofo down in Houston should not get an All-Star selection over this dude.

He's 2 out of 10. He's won 2 championships in 10 years.

Saying otherwise would imply that losing in round 1, 2, or 3 in the playoffs or not making at all is better than making the Finals at all.

LeBron James is one of the greatest NBA players of all time. He has 2 NBA championships, accompanied by respective Finals MVPs. He has also led his team, along with tremendous teammates, and the Miami Heat organization's great fans to 4 straight trips to the NBA Finals. Congratulations to Mr. LeBron James.

2/11 actually. Compared to the other greats he is behind. Not surprising since you can't stat-pad or protect this kind of stat.

Russell: 11/13 (84.6%)

Mikan: 5/7 (71.4%), Including NBL: 7/9 (77.8%)

MJ: 6/15 (40%)

Magic: 5/13 (38.5%)

KAJ: 6/20 (30%)

Duncan: 5/17 (29.4%), Excluding playoff missed due to injury ('00): 5/16 (31.3%)

Kobe: 5/18 (27.7%), Excluding playoff missed due to injury ('13): 5/17 (29.4%)

Bird: 3/13 (23.1%)

Shaq: 4/19 (21.1%)

Lebron: 2/11 (18.2%)

Wilt: 2/14 (14.3%)

The Elway comparison doesn't work. An NBA Superstar has much more control over his team's success and failure than a QB.

There are far more players on an NFL team, more moving parts, in general you have to rely on others more.
