Who do you wanna see traded/not resigned? who should management go after? Coaching/assistant C change? Something else on your mind? Feel free to post your thoughts.

Get rid of Chalmers first of all. Tony Douglas, Greg Oden, Rashard Lewis and Ray Allen can go too.

Bring back James Ennis from the NBL, draft either Adrien Payne or a wing with 3 and D type credentials. I wouldn't mind a mobile center like Mitch McGary either. Look at getting someone like Anthony Morrow, Ben Gordon and another big for the minimum if possible.

Keep Beasley, and actually utilize him and try and get him involved in the system.

I wouldn't be opposed to adding an instant offense guy like Nate Robinson either. Heat need someone else who can carve up the defense outside of Bron.

Beasley does a great job of it actually with his first step, but he wasn't a big part of the team this year. Not sure what will happen next year.

It's a shame people are trying to derail this thread. The Heat really needed instant scorers off the bench. Their bench is too reliant on the big 3. Beasely needs to be used more.

It's a shame LeBrons* shortcut tactics earned him amazing karma.

Send LeCramp to d-league. Have Greg Oden run point. Play Chalmers at the 5. Use wade as waterboy. Send Bosh and Lewis to the cheerleader squad. Get rid of spoelstra and hire Obama as head coach. Sign matt bonner for shooting guard.

Ok here's what u do

u keep the King so u can kiss the ring, get wade on vet minimum, trade Bosh for Melo, pay off LA to release Kobe then sign him for the vet min (he still happy as he still gets original LA contract extension coin)

get CP3 and Blake Griffin as they will leave Clips cause of Sterling

so u got

-CP3
-Kobe/Wade
-Bran
-Melo
-Blake Girffin

I dunno, Bran might need more help doe.
Dynasty, baby. :applause: I think this is actually a realistic scenario. Arison better hope he's got enough money in his pockets.

Well First---

Get some pgs who do not play WORSE than Mike Bibby in 2011 Finals

How the fck can 2 PGs who are in their 20s play worse than the literal basketball corpse of Mike Bibby in 2011 Finals?

Two---Get a backup for Wade that can relieve him and ease up his minutes and wear and tear thats NOT near retirement age

3---Get some Legit Decent Cs
4---Get a good backup for Bosh along with a Decent C so you dont have to play him at the 5 and wear him out and can maximize his use more by playing him at his natural position

5---Get some youth,
all these veterans were either gassed out or just couldnt keep up causing the Heats defense to suffer

And if not that,Fill the holes by either getting good pg&c
or another star who can and will easen up the Big 3s min and load
and is NOT an Aging or Old Veteran,an incompetent, mentally chalenged player,
nor an often injured reserve

so basically that person is a Star who replaces (cole,mc,jj,ud,go,rl,td)
and takes minutes away From them which is Great

give the east teams a three game win handicap when they make it to the finals.
the fact that they didnt make this change this year leads me to believe that the NBA is rigged!!

Why doesn't everyone just forget about the Heat and watch this shortlived, bought not earned team fall into complete irrelevance just like the Lakers?

Anyone else tired of hearing about the Heat?

tell Bron to never say "Miami Cavs" again.

Apparently you don't seem tired at all, since you can't the **** up about them. Do you even post about the Bulls anymore, or did you officially become a "diehard Spurs fan" now? :oldlol:

I've got an assignment for you:

Find me any, ANY comment of mine where it suggests even in the slightest way that I'm a 'diehard Spurs fan'

chalmers is gone. battier and possibly ray is gone as well. try to get wade to play the manu role. get a legit center who can get rebounds and block shots.
lebron is 1st option and bosh becomes the 2nd. get a point guard who is not bone headed and who can shoot 3's. keep cole. play beasley consistently.

Make Lebron play more off the ball.

Letting him dribble for 15-20 Seconds hinders player movement and ball movement (duh!).

Let Bron work more in the post, make passes from there, or score.

Simple.

The Spurs just showed you don`t need a team of superstars to win. Would another team get som much from Diaw, Ginobili, Mills etc? No way.

You need players who trust each other, players with complementary skills and ballmovement/a decent system. This the Heat doesn`t have.

You have Birdman who does both.

They need a better system and smarter use of Bron (and Bosh).

Bron ballhogging makes it very hard for others to get involved on a cosistent level.

Hopefully a long term plan like the Spurs. Unless Wade is delusional, or wants to get paid ASAP, I think he realizes that after these Finals it would be really difficult to justify not getting a paycut. And getting a paycut helps the team contend in the future. Does it have to be Melo arriving in South Beach? No, just solid smart pickups with the occasional gamble. Andersen made an absolutely MAJOR impact last year.

I've got a few friends keeping an eye on Ennis in Australia. Youth is desperately needed.

Spo is a good coach, but Christ Pop shitted on him this series. I think the team could do quite well as long as they aren't playing a newly formed superteam in the east, or Pop/Carlisle.

SIZE SIZE SIZE. Asik is a personal dream, but it's just that.

someone who's a lot younger and can play more than 15 minutes without gassing. basically stop playing small ball and get a legit c.

-Move Wade to the bench and ask him to take a paycut
-More touches for Bosh
-sign a 3 and D player for the starting unit
-sign a rim protector
-dump the dead weight and replace them with younger role players

C'mon dude, we all know you're a massive beta. No use trying to hide around it when it's so painfully obvious.

Not a Heat fan, but here's a start:
-Draft Spencer DinWiddie & I. Austin
-Let Chalmers, Oden, Beasley, Douglas, Hamilton, Lewis, & Jones go (Bring Allen back as shooting specialist if he doesn't retire)
-Convince Haslem to retire to take a lucrative FO/coaching role with Heat
-Bring over James Ennis from NBL
-Have Big 3 take paycuts of various amounts & have Wade play "Manu" role
-Sign PJ Tucker & Gortat to be starting SG & C, respectively
-Sign ring-chasing vets to fill out depth

Basically, don't try to only get Melo and sign min vet guys as supporting cast. That formula won't work against most elite WC teams in the Finals. They need mid-level free agents that fit overall team needs. With Wade potentially stepping back more next year, Bosh can be an effective #2 imo next season and they just need to retool the supporting cast with some athleticism, defense, and shooting.

I'm interested in seeing what they will do with Beas, I like him. Hope Allen gives it another year. Who else do they even have?

They need to get much more athletic. Who else is even above average athlete? Lebron of course is a beast, Cole? That's it:facepalm They have 2 athlete out of 15 guys. Maybe Beasley.
