Do you think he's gonna play next season?? Dude should be in the prime of his NBA Career if not for his injuries.

oden would have given the blazers their championship if he didn't get injured.

kidding aside

I don't know he simply cant play that type of game anymore. I hope he improved his shooting if he wants to have a longer career.

He's supposed to play for Team USA this summer, right? Looking forward to seeing him in action for sure.

Rose has had two years to heal his ACL. He should be back to his normal MVP-caliber self.

The crazy part is, he increased his vert after the first injury:

http://espn.go.com/chicago/nba/story/_/id/9779719/derrick-rose-chicago-bulls-says-vertical-leap-five-inches-higher-surgery

This time around, it was a torn meniscus, so I don't know how that'll affect his athleticism. He opted to have it repaired instead of removed I believe (opposite of what Wade and CP3 did as they both went with removal, WB also had his repaired I think...somebody can correct me if I'm wrong) so he should be able to do the same crazy shit on the court.

I just think, without having played in so long, he's going to lose a lot of his touch/feel for the game. He's going to have to play himself back into form.

Hype. Dont buy it.

My problem with Rose is that he had other injuries that werent knee related. I dont think his body is meant for basketball.

He had minor little BS injuries the year he tore his ACL. We had the best record in the league intact. We were gearing up for another clash with the HEAT so the Bulls sat him so he would be well rested for the battle. Those injuries were just made up BS as an excuse for him to sit. I will always think this, partly, was the cause of his injury.

True, but the Bulls without him were a top 4 team in the East. With even an 80% Rose they would get a higher seed--and if you add Carmelo to the mix that alleviates some of the pressure on Rose and gives him more time to get re-acclimated.

Saw him at casino recently. Wanted to tell him take his ass to the court, and / or get some camel toe surgery. Regain your manhood. Tired of this dude missing essentially 2x whole seasons when he could've played in the 2013 playoffs, and the last quarter of this season plus playoffs.

I was going to say I bet a Lebron fan will bring up Derrick Rose in hopes that the attention will go to him and not at Lebron any more. Lebron is going to have to endure the Heat all summer and maybe two or three years being that Derrick Rose has for about that time and his was due to injury not spiritless play.

Lebron did use a variation of Derrick Rose line when asked if a team could come back from a 1 to 3 deficit. "Why, not us?" http://www.wtsp.com/story/sports/nba/2014/06/14/lebron-with-a-simple-message-why-not-us/10535877/

So maybe Derrick Rose can patent his sayings and get royalties for bad remixes.
