View Full Version : Who's Team Mates Were Better This Post-Season? LeBron's or Durant's?

There were some games where Durant was absolutely awful where his team still carried through the W. It was pretty clear that even when LeBron played very well, that didn't necessarily result in a win.

Does any know the Thunder(-Durant) vs the Heat(-LeBron) stats?

Kevin Durants.

Though as a credit to him I think his playstyle is much easier to play alongside, particularly for someone like Westbrook.

Is this a serious question? Durant had a top 5 player in the prime of his career, a DPOY candidate and elite rim protector in Ibaka, and sixth man of the year candidate in Reggie Jackson. That isn't even mentioning Kendrick "best post defender in the NBA" Perkins, and a lights out knock down shooter in Caron Butler. Talk about stacked! :biggums:
Lebron must be pissed that Durbeta let such an elite supporting cast go to waste. Bron would kill for a roster like that!

Durants, because of his superior passing skills and ability to get the scrubs involved.

Westbrook trumps anything the Heat supporting cast did combined.

Westbrook's supporting cast > Brons

Jks, Durant is the leader

During the playoffs? I'd say LeBron's teammates did okay first 3 rounds, but KD's teammates were certainly better against the Spurs.

Still though... they even found a way to neutralize Ibaka to an extent. Spurs are just that good

Durant makes his teammates better so I guess KD.

The difference was that Durant was part of the supporting cast this year, while LeBron was the entire team

more like lebron was selfish padding his stats when they were down 20 or 1st quarters to fool idiots like you that he performed well. Idiots gonna be idiots

Yes because shooting the ball when you're team is down and when you need points, at a 60% clip is selfish and padding stats

well if bran is a cancer with his highest negative on the court. What more for a poor mans lebron in westbrook. They were winning without westbrook and now durant has to carry a cancer. Without westbrook, thunder wouldve won the finals.

theres a difference bet down by 5 -10 pts and down by 20 pts to save face. But idiots wont get this.

You knew the answer OP.

Westbrook alone >>> all of Bron's teammates combined

Ibaka alone > all of Bron's teammates combined again. Did you see what he can do against the Spurs???

FFS, Rashard Lewis had to be an integral part of Heat's lineup:facepalm Wade had back to back 10 pt game on 30% shooting in the Finals. Was he trying to out-do Bosh's 0 pt G7?

Durant had twice as many wins against the Spurs than bran had.

Were Durant's teammates twice as good as bran's teammates? I doubt that.

When a team loses, we blame an individual? New to the sport, bucko? Read up about Kobe's legendary backpack adventures with Shaq: And then with Gasol, Odom, Bynum, Artest.

Then read up about MJ having Pippen during his prime throughout his entire career, and this one guy named Horrace Grant. And the greatest rebounder and Defensive player in Rodman, then read up about this guy named Tony Kukoc, he won this 6th man award. Google it. Then look up Steve Kerr, see how many 3-balls he has made in his career.

Then after all of that, google "Phil Jackson" since he was the coach for both of them. Tell me what you find, this will be a fun and knowledgeable experience for beginner NBA fans. Go now, but report back once you've learned something.

Are you really that dumb? What do you expect him to do, just check himself out of the game when their down 20? Its called being competitive and still trying to even the score up... :facepalm

excuses, excuses. maybe if bran makes his teammates better you wouldnt make this excuses. How bout you read about oscar, iverson and why they are considered cancers? Why is it that more defined roles(duncan, russell, magic, jordan) instead of statpadders won more. Maybe thats the reason. But im not an idiot. I already see in bron that he doesnt play to win but to win MVPs.

What I want? He takes over when their team is down by 7 after his teammates saved his ass. Coz if youre not dumb, youll realize that opponents defense are tighter when youre down 7 than down 20 right? So lebron trying to score during blowouts is for him to save face. A role player can also score during those times but instead the lebron/the leader chose to score while nowhere to be found when his team cut down the deficit to 7.

Players like that are fraud just like wilt. Theres a reason why wilt has only 1 ring as the man. The type of players who only are good in the regular season but gets exposed in the playoffs when defenses are tighter. And thats who lebron/wilt is. If youre not dumb, you wouldve realized by now.
