As someone who has been to Qatar, it's one of the less conservative Gulf nations. Extremely wealthy and modern.

I hop they are stripped of it though. You guys must watch Jeremy Schapp's piece on the workers dying to build these stadiums. Not to mention, they just paid for it. It's hot as hell there too. up to 120 F in the summers.
