From a purely basketball prospective (i.e. don't just name your team for every player).
LeBron
Carmelo
Wade
Bosh
Stephenson
Parsons
Lowry
Pierce
Deng
Pau
Z-Bo
Gortat
Isaiah
Ariza
Marion
Carter
Meeks
Note: I didn't list players that are obviously staying put like Dirk/Duncan or restricted guys who aren't realistically gonna leave.

Some interesting ones:
LeBron - Clippers - Talk about lob city!
Carmelo - Bulls - Hopefully Rose gets healthy and we get a Durant/Westbrook East version
Wade - Miami - Would be weird seeing him anywhere else
Bosh - Houston - Good fit next to dwight.
Stephenson - Knicks - He just feels like a Knicks player
Lowry - Pacers - They need a legit PG if they're gonna contend
Pierce - Boston - would like to see him return to Boston and end his career a Celtic
Pau - Spurs/Knicks - Spurs because he's such a great passer that it would be beautiful to watch. Knicks to reunite with Phil/D-fish and play in the triangle.
Carter - Toronto - Raps are in need of a SF or at least a bigger wing after what we saw with Joe Johnson.
Meeks - OKC- They need a player like him. A knock down shooter.

LeBron to the Lakers - The crossing over and bitching between Kobe and LeBron fans would be stuff of legend.
Carmelo to the Bulls - I think it's a perfect fit.
Wade stays in Miami.
Bosh to the Suns- Bosh can be Toronto Bosh there and they would be quite easily a playoff team.
Stephenson to the Knicks - Give me a JR and Lance lineup.
Parsons stays in Houston.
Lowry to the Pistons - He reminds me of a Pistons guard for some reason. He fits well in SVG's system, too.
Pierce retires.
Deng to Utah - Just cause.
Pau to the Spurs - Pau is essentially the ideal Pop big man. More so than anyone in the NBA, maybe even over Duncan. People say he lost a step, well enter the Spurs system. He would probably look like Lakers Pau.
Z-Bo to the Kings - Something about a Randolph-Cousins post makes me pants happy.
Gortat stays in Washington.
Isaiah to the Knicks - Thomas-Lance-JR lineup. Yes, please.
Ariza to the Clippers - Obvious fit is obvious.
Marion stays in Dallas.
Carter to the Raptors - Retire afterwards.
Meeks to the Thunder - He's basically what their fans want from Thabo and Lamb.

If you're not listing Dirk and Duncan, why are you listing Wade and Bosh? They have player options, and neither one of those guys will get anything even remotely close to current deals from another team. Would be a bad financial decision to leave for money. If they leave, it's to win... but they probably still believe they can do it together. Anyway...
LeBron - Lakers. Kobe and Lebron fans together? Epic.
Carmelo - Bulls or Cavs.
Wade - Since we're doing what I "want", I say retire. For an actual team.. Heat.
Bosh - Bucks. They always try to win, and I respect that. Would like to see them get a legit star.
Stephenson - Bulls. But since I already sent Melo there.... Denver.
Parsons - Wizards or Cavs.
Lowry - Knicks, but that's not at all realistic from a salary perspective. Lakers.
Pierce - Boston
Deng - Pistons. Deng would be a good-ish fit alongside Drummond and Smith
Pau - Toronto. Val, Pau, Derozan, Ross, Vasquez? Not great, but interesting.
Z-Bo - Memphis. They are so close.
Gortat - Washington, but after Parsons signs.
Isaiah - Sacramento. City deserves a good team.
Ariza - Lakers (what I think. He's not good enough to care too much)
Marion - Dallas. One impact player away from being really scary.
Carter - Dallas or retire.
Meeks - Lakers (see Ariza)

Melo If he doesn't stay with the Knicks, then I don't mind the Bulls.
Lebron. Go back to Cleveland man.
Wade. Retire
Bosh. He'll stay with the Heat, I would like to see him with the Mavs.

Lebron to Dallas and Melo to Chicago. That's what I'd like to see.

Carmelo - Chicago Bulls
Wade - Chicago Bulls
Carmelo - Chicago Bulls
Wade - Chicago Bulls
Had the Heat Big 3 not got together, I would have liked to see Wade in Chicago. Although Rose and Wade would have had the worst backcourt knees in the NBA.
I dont know why everyone sees Melo on the Bulls. I just cant picture it.

Maybe if they had Wade to help shoulder offensive burden from D. Rose, Thibs wouldn't have needed to run Derrick into the ground. Keeping him in game 1 of the 2012 1st round when the game was clearly in our hands.
If Wade truly is "washed up" and LeBron runs somewhere else to another stacked deck to attempt to win championships. Dwyane shouldn't suffer in Miami alone. He should go home to Chicago, and use his experience to help guide Chicago.
I dont know why everyone sees Melo on the Bulls. I just cant picture it.
It's quite easy. Melo provides elite volume scoring. Something the Bulls haven't had since D. Rose went down. He's been underrated defensively the past two seasons as well.
And if Thibs can cover up Boozer's defensive inadequacies, and lack of effort ... a guy who doesn't give you the upside of 25+ ppg scoring consistently every night like Melo can. How can he not fit into their system? He fits what Chicago needs like a damn glove.
If by some grace of the lawd Derrick Rose comes back and even remotely resembles his old self, Melo helps spread the floor. He can catch, and shoot the rock. They will both help each other offensively.
This lineup:
G - Rose
G - Wade
F - Butler
F - Melo
C - Noah
6th man: Taj Gibson

I just realized Doc Rivers is the President of Basketball Operations now. There is no doubt that Paul Pierce is going to the Clippers then. Too perfect of a fit considering the need of a SF, Doc's relationship with Pierce, plus returning to LA.
I also think the Knicks will sign Ariza.

Deng will probably end up in Dallas, and the Hawks can sign Evan Turner after he gets renounced by the Pacers.
From a purely basketball prospective (i.e. don't just name your team for every player).
LeBron - Cleveland
Carmelo - Chicago
Wade - Miami
Bosh - Miami
Stephenson - Indiana

Ariza - Los Angeles Lakers

Meeks - Los Angeles Lakers

This would be ideal.
