Actually one thing thats interesting which I will cop to without going into any incriminating detail is that if I fall asleep with my arm twisted in such a way that Im losing circulation or my neck is turned in a very uncomfortable position etc, my dreams will take a turn for the unpleasant, to the point that whats happening in the dream is so disturbing it shoots me awake and I realize my entire arm is numb or what have you.
