LeBron is good but he can be better. He needs what all the great legends of the past had in the NBA... a go to move.

Kareem= Skyhook
Jordan= Fadeaway
Magic = Baby Hook
Hakeem= Dream Shake
Kobe = (see Jordan)
Dirk = The Diggler
LeBron = ???

When he is tired this move would be something he can go to routinely for points.

This. He has probably gotten 9,000 of his points off of this move alone

He could add a few low post moves to his game. He's big and strong enough to over power people down low.

Something like Karl Malone.

LeBron has many go to moves WTF??
he just needs to polish one that doesnt include going to the rim.
his turnaround fade and jab step jumper are near elite.the only thing that bothers me is that in the clutch he drives to the rim often, gets fouled and no call or than kicks it out to shooters who poceed to brick.
needs to trust that turnaround J more
his best go-to move would be to tell Wade to get off the court tho:coleman:

Lebron seems to love doing the dirk fadeaway against the mavs, it'd be sick to see him attempt it a few times each game.

whenever he shoots it with 4 or less seconds on the shot clock= SWISH
Whenever he shoots it with more than 5 seconds and his little brain suggests him this isnt the most effective shot at that moment= Disgusting Brick.

He doesn't have real weaknesses as a scorer anymore. In the Finals it seemed to come as easily to him as ever, regardless of defenders and schemes. If anything "declined" in his play last year it was his all-around game, not his scoring.

But overall LeBron is a mature player. He can't get much better than he is right now. There will be tweaks here and there, but he could easily rack up a few more MVPs and championships playing the exact same way he's been playing last year.

he's been pretty good with that turnaround fade, dunno why he doesnt use it moreWhen you can just bully your way to the basket, and make the shot 60% of the time, why settle for a turnaround fade that you only make 45% of the time?

when you're faced with a situation like in the finals where kawhi would just strip the ball from you any time you drive to the ball, the fade is a decent option.

If they ran post up plays for him, he could get a better shot than the fadeaway most of the time. When he's iso'd on the perimeter he can't realistically get to that shot.

The second one was a sweet move, very smooth and fluid. The first one meh. Still highly contested, could have gotten 2 FT instead.

Second move is beautiful.
First one is typical Kobe: he purposely makes the shot more difficult than it should be with an unnecessary extra pump fake.

False. Lebron can improve his ball handling, his first step, his 1 on 1 ability to shake defenders and get to the rack. He should be dribbling right around PF's when they're guarding him, guys like Matt Bonner, Diaw, etc. Teams are starting to put bigger forwards on him because they realize that lebron is not the greatest off the dribble...I mean if he has some momentum and he's driving full speed ahead, of course he can beat anybody to the basket, he's super fast...But when he's in the triple threat, he needs a more explosive first step and some more handles to beat his man. If he adds those, he'd be truly unstoppable. I don't feel Lebron is unstoppable like I've felt Kobe, Iverson, MJ, etc were AT TIMES. I just feel like Lebron is bigger, stronger, and faster than everyone else and thats how he scores. But the older he gets, he's going to lose his athleticism. And even though he's improved his jump shot GREATLY, he could still improve that also.

LMAO LeBrons go to move is attacking the basket

Arguably the most unstoppable go to move in NBA history

He finishes his layups around 75% of the time, the highest in the NBA

That's more effective that Kareem's hookshot, Shaq in the post, and many other go to moves

Kobe stans are actually proud that their Gods go to move is a high 30% shot (fadeaway) that misses far more often than it goes in? :oldlol:

??? Lebron obliterated Diaw (Kawhi didnt defend him that well either but meh). If Lebron doesnt drive to the basket it is because of the people on the inside keeping him out. Like Duncan, or Hibbert, or a pseudo zone. Not because of the people on the outside. I havent seen a single defender stop his arm bar (yes, he definitely does this, but he is strong enough to not extend and get called for a foul)

You gotta pack the paint to stop his drives. No matter who is defending.

The only place Lebron needs a go to move is in the post. His hook shot is the worst in basketball.

The fadeaway is one of the most inefficient shots in basketball. It use to be his only post move. Glad he rarely uses it anymore.

his go to move are all of them.

but sure, the freight train move is his go to move.

also he shots almost 60% from the field, its not like he needs a particular go to move. basically, efficiency is his go to move
