1) Force DWade to take a significant pay cut.
2) Force Bosh to take a slight pay cut.
3) Get Kyle Lowry
4) 2-3 Chris Anderson type defensive role players
5) Worst case scenario beg LeBron to take a 1 year deal and basically guarantee him a championship next year.

That's pretty much it.
It all centers around D Wade taking a pay cut, and LeBron not being a *****.

You really can't force those guys to do a single thing.
You could offer them 5 years 70 million or something, which is indeed a "paycut", but I doubt Riley wants to do that.
Not going to do anything. He's got one of the most competitive guys ever in Pat Riley running the organization. If he doesn't have faith that Riley is going to use every resource he has to improve the team going forward, then he can kick rocks. Thanks for the two titles, good luck with your new team.

LeBron doesn't care about money
What he cares about is cap space to give himself a chance at winning
The OP does that
Wade is better than Bosh...

Yes. And he probably will be again next year even if he comes off the bench. More points on higher efficiency and 1 maybe 2 less rebounds with more assist.

not anymore, at this point bosh is clearly the better 2nd option

So Wade scores more points on higher efficiency and Bosh becomes the better second option? :coleman:

If wade misses 30 games again i dont see why bosh couldnt be the second option while wade takes a bit of a step back. I remember back in 2012 when wade was out for a stretch of games bosh & bron dominated and bosh was putting up really good numbers.

you give bosh the reins as clear a 2nd option and he'll be much more impactful especially with spreading the floor

When Wade was missing games Bosh WAS the second option. His stats didnt improve a bit. Defense and offense and team was just alot worse.
Like I said, even if Wade comes off the bench next year, I will put money on him having better stats than Bosh.

Lmfao best era of basketball.. lose 1 final automatically means teaming up with the competition? What kind of shit is that. Will Lebron's legacy be forever tainted if he leaves again and will forever make him a colluder? Can't beat em, join em? Seriously this is some pathetic shit right there. Why can't he do what Kobe did (I'm not a kobe stan) and weather the storm? He had to sit thru 8 years as being a top player while the lakers rebuilded. Michael said it best, he wanted to beat his competition not to steam roll everyone with ease. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iul7ao7iYFc)

Such a lack of understanding of team design on performance.

No he wont. He might get more shot attempts maybe. Wont improve his efficiency, rebounding, defense, or shit.

I hate this shit honestly.
It's a ripple effect, three guys do it, then everyone else (that don't have Pop) need to do it to compete. One of the worst things that has ever happened to the league.

This. Way to young to ring chase.

How do you get someone in their last major deal to opt out of getting 42M over two years?

That you can either cash in and be a perennial 6-5 seed
Or make another shot or two at a ring RIGHT NOW

Bosh and Wade already have rings. More rings does nothing for their legacies because neither is ever going to be mentioned in history as one of the top players at their position and Wade is the only one with an outside chance at getting into the HoF on a first ballot depending on who else he's up against.
So, again...how do you FORCE Wade and Bosh to take paycuts? The answer is...you can't.

Here's how to get Bron to stay...
Acquire Love, Lowry, Chandler, and Anthony Davis.
