We've been hearing talk about Melo, love, Lowry, but we all know Miami's weakness. They need size.

Would targeting Gasol and Gortat actually the best move for them?

lol Gasol.

Yea Gortat would be perfect. Good two way player . Can hit a jumper. Very mobile for 7'0 250. All-around good center.

Yes but you would have to teach Bran to play the two man game with a big. Its something he surely COULD do, but the question is will he. He really does seem to want to just run a clearout every time. He needs to diversify.

Miami don't need stars, they need their own PAtty Mills, Belinelli, Danny Green and Gary Neal.

He ran pick and rolls alot in Cleveland with big z but it was never quite as effective because Z (as slow as he is) would usually turn it into a spot up jumper.

Im not sure if youd have to "teach" him something he already knows.

Bron needs more help. That won't do

Bold = former D-Leaguers (w/ Green, a Spurs starter, having been part of the supposedly terrible Cavs roster that forced the decision). So P Riles knows where to look to get Bron help :applause:

He was being sarcastic.

Response to threads questioning if Lebron can play with an elite big. :facepalm

They would have to give up one of the big 3 in order to that happen. Gortat will be looking for big money this summer.
About Pau, I don't know how much he will ask for but he's not what Heat are looking for. His defense is garbage nowadays.

any decent starting big that can't block shots, hustle, get boards, and finish around the rim. someone like jordan hill, wish he was a little taller but he hustles and i like his game. i'd be happy with jordan hill.

Would be a great pickup.

Though health is obviously an issue with him.

Miami should target seattle as their relocation. the big 3 was a failure, time to cut losses and move on (to a new city).

Honest question... have you made a post in the last 365 days that wasn't about LeBron? You seem to be a huge fan

Gasol would help at a reasonable salary. He's ancient. He's not Sabonis.

It's so pathetic how you always write lebron* with an asterisk.

He's Only 33. He's 5 years younger than Duncan and arguably more skilled.

Don't be fooled by how insanely misused he was by D'Antoni.

The asterisk is earned, not given.

Gasol if they can keep under the luxury tax and give him the full mid-level, yeah.

They can't afford what Gortat is going to command.
