i'm trying to make a poor man's 'nice' home gym. i'll upgrade as i get more pro. looking for the essentials now.
I already have a decent NodiKtrak treadmill.
decent set of free weights so don't worry about that kind of stuff.
I plan on getting a alll in one kind of machine.... i was thinking Bowflex but i read reviews on old ones at least are pretty bad but newer ones are decent but overpriced(would like to pay under $250 used).
Basically looking to get a decent bang for the buck exercise bike and alll in one muscle building machjine that is good for awhile for someone who is looking to get back into shape and a lot tigher hopefully.
i don't mind paying new as long as a great price like Amazon great price on something good or something like that~
