He's not a good player. And if you rank all the pg's in the league and mark the middle ranking as average, he would definitely be below average.

So I mean if he wants to stay on a minimum contract I guess that would make sense for the Heat but otherwise I don't see why they would bother to retain him. There are players in the d-league who can do the same thing. Chalmers is replaceable and then some.
