Do you think the Heat make the playoffs without Lebron James?

In the East? I'd say yes.

Real question should be if they would have got HCA.

I'd say they would have finished 6th.

Bosh would alpha it. If they had the value of LBJs contracts in other players they could content for a ring.

Bosh and Wade would carry them to a division title pretty easily. Wizards were second with 44 wins. Miami would still win about 48 or so.

This.

They even beat the Blazers (in the middle of their hot streak) without LeBron.

It's not fair to just remove a player and say 'would this team do that without him' when said player takes up 20+ million of the salary cap. If Miami didn't have Lebron they'd have at least one other good player to replace him, and then of course they'd make the playoffs - they'd most likely be the 2nd seed again.

In this Eastern conference? Probably a top 3 seed.

They'd barely make the playoffs in the East and got beat in the first round. Wade won't be healthy because he can't afford to sit out 28 games, and Bosh trying lead a team would be a travesty.

They'd make the playoffs, but they'd probably lose to Charlotte or the Nets.

Absolutely, I dunno why people say they wouldn't. 1 seed? Nah... but 3 or 4 seed oh yeah.

Maybe, cuz all of the barnacles will either dip out or start playing like shit again. Can't imagine Bron leaving and Wade/Bosh staying, either.

The east was sobad. The teams that actually had talent in the East were, IMO, Raps (but they are too young), and Pacers (but they were imploding.)

I mean, we can honestly say ATL and WAS didn't get any better, that the East just got worse. Or I can.

Brooklyn had injuries and they were shit to begin with. I don't think they'd win 50 games, but 45+... that's not really a huge thing to ask. Would that be a lotto in the west? oya, but dat east.

They may have been the #1 seed without him as Wade and Bosh dominate when Lebron isn't around.

Bosh has shown that he steps up his game when the others sit. Whether they make the POs or not depends on if Wade plays a full season.

You people know shit about basketball, I shouldn't be surprised. @ 2 or 3rd seed.

The Heat look like a summer league team when Lebron James doesn't play.

Bosh and 75% Wade would probably get them HCA out East. :oldlol:
