Every player on the Heat besides Oden and chalmers is making less money than they would had they signed with somebody else. If they didn't have Bran hogging the ball and making them all play worse they would have swept through the playoffs easy. Probably would have even had a 70 win season.

I agree! It should have been easy. With 3 superstars in their primes??? Come on...Cannot blame the supporting cast every time LeBron doesn't win in the finals. There wasn't enough shots to be passed between those three as is already!

Problem is attitude! The team is so afraid of LeBron, they feed off his emotions all the time. When he sulks....all of them sulks, when he is mad....all of them are mad, when he is happy....all of them are happy.

Re-watch the finals and look at his body language every time the Spurs go on a run. He is frustrated and confused...As a leader...you need to be calm and collective and encourage his teammates even when they are not performing to standards.

As much as people blame Chalmers....look at the beating the guy gets on one play from LeBron or Wade....Not healthy...Call it tough love but that doesn't mean it works.
