Your favorite player lost in the finals and all you wanna do is talk about Kobe.

Not surprising, he's the most talked about player on ISH

Nope. His ego, bad defense, and chucking would negatively affect them too much.

No, ultimate ball stopper, noone else would get shots

Plus his teammates would constantly fear him sexually assaulting them in the locker rooms

What versions of Kobe are we talking?

I think 1999-2002 Kobe with Pop coaching him to be system oriented as Phil did would be highly effective, plus they'd be even better on the perimeter defensively.

If you're talking current Kobe however....:oldlol:

How would it matter, he would be on the sidelines in a suit :confusedshrug:

At this point in his career, Kobe is a Tony Wroten calibre player(their 2014 stats are similar). Seeing as Tony Wroten isn't good enough to make the Spurs roster, that tells us Kobe wouldn't be good enough either. Spurs already have one chucker that plays no defense(Belinelli). They don't need two of them.

Another consideration. Kobe is a locker room cancer and an egomaniac. Pop hates egos. For example, Stephen Jackson quarreled with Pop over playing time last year. Jackson argued that he deserved more minutes than Green and Leonard. Pop told him he wasn't better than either player so he didn't deserve those minutes. Pop ended up waiving him shortly after. Kobe and Pop would not get along.

they would win in 4.

if we are just adding Kobe to the spurs and not taking anyone away. If we are taking away Parker, Duncan, Ginobili or Leonard that certainly changes some things.

yep the spurs win. Pop benches kobe after he starts going on a typical finals 0/9

what about the premature roar at the crowd in game 5 when you are up 22-6 and then get blown out? :confusedshrug: . He wouldn't pull a LeBron.
