This absolutely. Simple reason, not all but most of the Mexican people who went to the US illegaly were from poor campesino backgrounds and most were of indigenous stock. In my case, my grandma's (dad side) family were from original Tejanos, Mexicans descending from Spain but obviously there is some native blood in me since my grandpa was dark skinned. On my mother's side, there is a heavy European influence, my mom's grandfather was a Spaniard, and rich too. My family reunions are funny in that I have family members who look 'typically Mexican' to aunts, uncles and cousins (my mom too) who have blue eyes and blonde hair and it never struck me as odd since I've known them all my life.

But I digress, I know most Americans think all Mexicans look indigenous but it ain't nothing like that down here. You can't blame them since that's who they've encountered in the US. There are alot of white looking Mexicans though, especially in the north and pacific states, a majority of mestizos that go from dark to light skin and there are those who are straight out Native American.

It's a beautiful, modern city that has retained it colonial touch. I highly recommend vacationing here, as an added bonus, the high class call girls here are as elite as anywhere in the world at a fraction of the cost. Just got back to the good ol' USA, just want to post pics of the last two girls I had.
