Ehhhh, I'm just about spot on with the norm...just slightly less but I've always been taught to be content with such things as I have and it works out great

a 100+ thousand seperation between a "psychiatrist" and a material manager. one performs based on judgment and the other based on procedures. but their kids have to be raised differently.

Um, why is psychiatrist in quotes?

You do know that a psychiatrist needs a medical degree, so that's easily 120,000 or more in medical school costs and then a residency after college where you make less than a psychiatrist for four years.

I probably fall somewhere in Math and Industrial Manager. Both of which are fall between 95 and 105. And last year I made just slightly less than that. It doesn't account for the rediculous hours I put in though.
