its a sign of having no style or variety. the guys that do it only have hoodies and feel they only look good in hoodies, so they wear it all year round. untill they discover snapbacks, then they will wear those in the winter too, or their ed hardy shirts.

Not saying all blacks do but they are the only one rocking a hoodie in summer.

There are black dudes in shorts and tank-top skateboarding too. They are just chilling in summer attire while some are in hoodies.
