I think the poster who writes -Smak (ILLsmak) does it because he's from the old internet era where people didn't have screen name, so in order to be identified they used to sign it with the name they used.

I used to go to this computer website where this guy ended all his post with his screen name. It was so obnoxious because wtf? But he explained it.

At first the -Smak to me sounded as if Illsmak was acting like he got you and was bragging about it by saying Smak. So I can imagine a person getting really irritated by it.
