Shaquille O'neal or Kareem Abdul Jabbar
I'm just going to focus on this one. Two unstoppable players. Shaq at his peak is pretty much going to destroy anyone, but you've got a handful of years of that, plus a bad attitude that alienates teammates. Kareem's got an unstoppable move and had insane longevity in the league, but could also be apathetic at times and not give it his all.
If we're going for career, it's Kareem. At their peaks with both players fired up? Fvcking Christ. I want to say Shaq, but Kareem was all around the better player. It's like The Mountain vs. The Red Viper. You don't want to fvck with either of them, and you can't go wrong with backing one over the other. Based on my personal preference, I'm sticking with Kareem, but that's some Sophie's Choice shit right there.

Dirk Nowitzki or Kevin Garnett (not an easy choice by any means)
Tim Duncan or Hakeem Olajuwon (I can't go against Timmy's longevity on this one, plus their peak is pretty close although I'd roll with Hakeem there)
Bill Russell or Wilt Chamberlain (strictly for peak I would've picked Wilt)
Larry Bird or LeBron James (basing this on peaks as overall players mostly, Larry gets the edge there)
Julius Erving or Kevin Durant (at least at this point, still close and I'll probably change it down the road)
Dominique Wilkins or Carmelo Anthony
Paul Pierce or James Worthy
Kobe Bryant or Jerry West (can't go wrong with either though)
Karl Malone or Charles Barkley (extremely close)
John Stockton or Isiah Thomas (tough choice too)
Steve Nash or Jason Kidd (another very tough choice)
Ray Allen or Vince Carter (probably due to longevity)
Scottie Pippen or Dwyane Wade
Shaquille O'neal or Kareem Abdul Jabbar (both had top5 peaks but Kareem just better longevity and work ethic so I gotta roll with him, strictly for peaks I would've picked Shaq in a very close race)
David Robinson or Patrick Ewing (Pat was slowed down by injuries though, and I'd probably still pick for the playoffs lol)
Chris Paul or Garry Payton (tough af)
Dwight Howard or Alonzo Mourning
Blake Griffin or Amare Stoudemire

This is factoring in injuries, but not factoring in the coaches/support the players have had. Basing the list on who I would rather have on my team, assuming the supporting cast and coach is the same for all of them.

Some really hard ones. Really wanted to go Blake over Amare but prime Amare was a better shotblocker and I think he had a second gear that Blake hasn't shown. Blake has better ball skills but Amare just had a beast mode that he would turn on (ask Tim Duncan).
