It's still a rumor at this point. This deal cannot take place until Memphis makes the pick (for Toronto, if deal is agreed upon). But indications are that this will end up happening and confirmed post-draft.

I'm guessing that the Raptors will only make this deal if only they get both Capela and Ennis with the picks.

Sorry I am missing something...

They wanted Ennis at 20 and Caboclo at 35 something and cut Salmons net $6 Million.....savings

And we get Tayshawn ? Tayshawn and Jordon Adams??? and take a cap hit of $7 Million.

Was that the deal ??

The OP inferred Raptors kept 20 and got 22

For 37 and a $7 Million cap hit.

The rumor did not state :

Memphis gets 20 / 37 and $6 Million savings for

22 and $7 million cap hit.

Those are very very different deals.

The Griz of course are in head office turmoil and Masai may have been suckered.

Thought it would be obvious that Memphis wouldn't get 20, 37, and 6 million savings for Prince and 22.
