He has a good mid-range jumper, but anything outside 18 feet he struggles with usually.

Personally what I think he knees to do for next season is lose 10-15 pounds, lean out, and build lower body strength.

I agree with this, you cant just lose weight and expect your knees to fix. Playing overweight and playing as much as Wade has has done its damage to his knees.
