Smart gets a lot of hate. I think he'll be ok. I like him. He's competitive..fire-y.

Rondo's gotta be done in Boston. I just hope whoever gets him is taking Gerald Wallace's deal with him.

Ainge is a genius. Everyone had their arms in the air when he cleared the muck (KG, Pierce), he knew what he was doing. Smart is in the ideal environment to become a leader, a star PG. Rondo's a one year rental for any potential trade suitor.

i dunno about this pick man.. but after the likes of Exum, Embiid were taken, it was probably the right choice

As Yahoo reports, Sacramento and Boston are discussing a deal involving Ben McLemore and the No. 6 pick. Ball in Boston's court.

Uhh yaaa.

Hmmm....:coleman:

Those defensive stats for the top 10 college pg listed by the analysts was just shocking. Didn't know this kid was that good of a defender. :biggums: . Only thing I don't like about him is shot selection and streaky performer. Pretty safe pick if the kid can keep his head on straight. Should have a decent career to say the least.

One of them is getting traded. Two pgs, neither of whom is a good shooter and both needing the ball. I like Rondo more (obviously) but with his free agency impending and Ainge rebuilding I don't think Rondo is long for the Green unless we see Smart moved tonight.

Smart is going to fit great with the Celtics. He defensive tenacity will be loved by those who pull for all things green. :pimp:

Smart will end up being a top 4 player from this draft easily. Mark my words. Great pick by Boston

No he doesn't.
He has played one season and is 21 years old.
He will be a great player in a couple of seasons, and maybe sooner in a non-toxic environment.

I think they keep all three.

Oldschool Detroit style backcourt. Bradley/Rondo/Smart. Smart has to get a little better at shooting the ball, but I can't lie, I LOVE IT.

This is gonna be another guard.

Yeah a one-and-done, lol. Nice lefty stroke, plays tough.

This is 100% Brad Stevens building a backcourt of guys who will get shots.
