Two national titles. Four-year guy and a proven leader.

If Lebron James played with the kind of confidence that Napier does, he'd already be the unquestioned GOAT.

Dipshits who look at boxscores wouldn't appreciate this kid, which is why its a shame a crap fanbase like Miami gets him.

He was arguably the most clutch player in college basketball the past two seasons.

This. He's a 4 year player and has tremounds confidence and heart. He's exactly what we need at PG.

He's crap. Shot-jacker that plays no D.
Look at Drummond's freshman stats.... Napier's fault

Same reason why Sean May was a big name in 2005. He's coming off a national championship.

Damn, whatever happened to May?

So he's the opposite of Lebron, they should compliment each other well then.

 Typical Bron fan.   SAYS IT ALL.

Concerning Napier, oh I don't know, maybe people are high on him because he just won the NCAA tournament while playing elite defense and running his team to perfection.

His handles are good. They aren't worse than Cole or Chalmers. His biggest problem is probably that he can be a bit too ball dominant. He can shoot some bad shots. But he can create his own shot. That's not something our players can do outside the big 3. He's a confident leader. He's the kind of guy you win titles with.

shabazz is 2/2 in championship games. Lebron is 2/5.

A strong defensive backcourt is pretty fcuking crucial. If he can play D and shoot, that's GOLD for Miami.

He's quick as ****. He can handle the ball, and he's very good at getting open looks. He's so fast he often waves off screens and still gets open.

Napier is a seasoned college veteran, won two titles on the biggest stage in college, has guts, plays hard. Exactly what the Heat needed considering their PG play this past playoffs with Chalmers and Cole who played the exact opposite way.

Plus LeBron wanted him, if you want to keep LeBron happy

He CAN play D. He's very aggressive and disruptive. PERFECT for Miami

Shabazz has that Uconn connection with Ray Allen as well (and Kemba had miami not traded). Napier is a threat from deep, and Ray would be a great mentor.

Just like how MIA scooped Chalmers. He was one of the more clutch players of recent memory when he was at Kansas. I'm sensing a philosophy from Riley and what they deem important as complimentary pieces.

Napier is more well rounded a player and seems more consistent tho.

This.

The Heat are basically trying to add players with proven clutchness, leadership, and toughness to counterbalance Bran
