Last season philly set a record with only playing guys 24 years old or younger. That's a crazy stat considering they 23 guys play atleast 1 minute for them. That being said and philly is obviously still tanking I can see a few of these undrafted rookies get a chance in philly whether it be on a non guarantee d contract or a 10 day contract.

Thad was 25 last year not 24. His birthday is in June. He just turned 26. Evan Turner turned 25 October 27 just before the season started.
