I think they will be a contender, but won't repeat next year.

If theyre healthy with no injuries in the playoff only OKC can beat them

If they play like they did during this year's playoff series, then yes...easily.
Furthermore, I don't think teams that have the potential to stop the Spurs offense are smart enough to know how.
And the Spurs just drafted a guy that can play 4 positions while further amplifying their team oriented motion offense. He's also lengthy and has potential as a help defender.
So, unless they decide they to stop using this offense or decide they're not motivated enough for another ring or suffer major injuries, the Spurs have pretty good chances of repeating.

Pelicans eliminates them in the first round of the playoffs. They have a Prime Anthony Davis, and recently acquired Omer Asik.

if the squads remain basically the same, I do not see OKC stopping spurs, spurs discovered how to attack the thunder at the end of Game 4, we will see

The thing is, we won this year with Parker having a pretty bad Playoff run. If he plays more like his 2013 self next year, and Kawhi continues to develop, I don't see why we can't.
I'm past saying Green won't get hot. The only players likely to regress are Manu and Duncan, and that's just because they're old as shit.

Spurs got arguably the best defensive front court in the league. Tiago owned Dirk in the first round, then LaMarcus in the second.

Throw in Diaw, if they re-sign him, and they're so versatile. Could see them going far if healthy.

Pretty much this. Tyson was a baller back in 2010 to 2012.

Well in my delusional mind Heat won and Duncan/Ginobili are sailing off in the sunset :lol
Okay, um, I think they can... depends on what moves Bron makes.
Btw, Clippers > OKC next year, and depending on what GSW does, them perhaps as well.

Ofc they can, but it will be harder than this year. West gets even better, Heat will be stronger (or with whatever superstars LeCollude will be next season), etc. Health is always a factor, especially for older players.

Heat will be stronger?
So now colluding for LeBron = Players coming to Miami?
Gotcha

No, I meant Lebron might join other superstars in Houston, Clippers, or w/e. If he stays, Heat will also be improved compared to this season.

I still think spurs are the favourites tbh. the talent in the nba moving teams adjusting and all that crap. and it almost doesnt even matter who joins the spurs pop will just pour them into the well oiled machine. they KICKED ASS this season and arguebly dont even have a top 10 player in the team

Hard to say now. You don't know what the other teams are going to look like. See where LeBron/Carmelo/Love end up. Any one of them could change that in the right circumstances.
