Well, LeBron James blindsided the Heat front office and teammates. We were VERY confident, like 99% confident, that he was staying. From Riley, to Arison, to Wade. I know this for a fact. We were very confident - and not just that - we had some moves cooking as soon as he committed. We were waiting to make a pretty big splash like in 2010.
