Even if he signs at a bargain deal with the Heat. bringing back Ray Allen. I'd like to think that since they drafted another PG, they are going to spend the money on a SG instead, since Allen is probably capable and has been playing the 3 for stretches.

best possible upgrade here would be stealing Stephenson from Pacers. Maybe Stuckey, depending on the price tag. Chances are, instead of 19 mil for Mr. Wade's service, they can now look at similar price (if willing to sacrifice length) at maybe 16-19 for 2 players that upgrades them into one of the better backcourt in the East immediately.


This might be a priority over getting a big, if they really want to keep Lebron.
