I just got a job offer thats very interesting but I dont know if I should leave me current job..


Current Job A:

Pros: Pays two dollars more, Boss is really nice, Annual Bonus 5 percent, very laid back job, raise 2 dollars a year

Cons: No health insurance, 5 days vacation a year

Other Job B:

Pros: Great health benefits, 5 weeks vacation a year, free traveling with wife and/or kid, sometimes for friends also..first raise after 6 months, also have a union

Cons: 2 dollars less than the other one, I would have to pay around 25 dollars daily in tolls..

Any ideas?

A:$2/hr more -->$160 additional pay per month
B:$2/hr less+$25 DAILY TOLL FEES --> $660 LESS pay per month

Health insurance is relatively affordable ($100/month). The free vacation is cool but will you make enough use of it?
