Boy, it did not take long for Deng's agent to start pushing this.

It took what... A couple of hours after clearing cap space.

You can't blame agents for doing their job I guess.

Deng is a much worse 3 point shooter than I thought he was...

I'd be a bit disappointed if we gave him more than $10 mil/yr.

Seems like the type of signing that'd send Atlanta on the path of playoff mediocrity again.

He is a good three point shooter if he's asked not to initiate the offense. If you look at this past years recently the years he struggles are the years Rose was injured.

If he's considered the second or third option on the team he can shoot 35%+ if he's not called on to initiate the offense.

He'll command more than $10 million. Woj reported $10-$12, I think he'll get around $13-$14 honestly.

It would remind me of the LaPhonso Ellis signing.

I don't think Deng has shot well since 2010.

11-12 he shot 37% from three, struggled overall from the field though.

I remember Deng being dangerous in Chicago

I think he is past his prime. I know he is only 29... But he is an old 29.

Depends what the contract is like, he looked horrible in Cleveland..

I'd rather go for parsons

I thought Carroll was very good for Atlanta and he's like 1/10 of the price of Deng.

His numbers and efficiency went down after the Bulls traded him to the Cavs. I hope he doesn't end up as the next Ben Gordon.

He's was playing on a bad achilles all season. They had to rest on him on back-to-backs.

He played in Chicago for like 10 years, new coach, new system right in the middle of the season. Not to mention you got bum f*ck Mike Brown running no offense.

He also refused to have surgery to repair a torn ligament on his wrist (2 years ago??). He's been shooting like crap ever since.

His offensive game will not age well at all: athleticism quickly fading, not a reliable shooter, doesn't use his size to score in the post...

They should go after Hayward. Teague-Korver-Hayward-Millsap-Horford is a good starting line-up.
