Anybody watch this? It comes on Starz. I watched a couple episodes and it's pretty good.

I saw about half an episode while channel surfing. It looked promising and I was interested. Too bad I have too many other shows going on. That and Starz shows tend to not survive past a season or two. I liked Magic City but they cancelled it unresolved. :mad:

50 cent is barely in it though. He's an important character though.

I would recommend it. It's a tier below GOAT dramas, but it's not bad.

First season too much soap opera shit.

The ghost and Jamie shit was too much.

2nd season with tommy and that red head too much too.


Season one ended strong, season 2 on its way to be the same.

There's some bad acting and maybe some of the plot is unbelievable but to me it's the best show currently on with True Detective not meeting expectations. Kinda surprising considering it was executive produced by 50 cent. But people should really watch it.

This is one of the dumbest shows ive ever seen.

Ghost is the gayest gangster on TV. His driver is mentally retarded but ****s his wife and also Melo's wife. His business partner is also a moron.

The writing is filled with nonsense and soap opera shit. The music is awful, it's what i imagine Gossip Girl was playing during scenes.

The actors are awful, that latina chick has the charisma of a damp rag. 50 cent is the best actor among the bunch.

Overall, very poor quality show. They could have cast better, they could have written it better.

Tough one.

My favorite show of all time is probably the shield. I'm big on no cheese. The way it is flimed, how there is no cheesy build up music, is real.


The Antwon Mitchell season was hard as fucc.

I can't stand corny shit. I almost didn't make it through power because of all of that it has.

Homicide life on the street was filmed the same way as the shield. The seasons with Luther Mahoney, big time heroin dealer is super gangsteR. One of my favorites.

All shows over sensationalize shit in the crime world doe.

How homicide and the shield is filmed just makes everything seem more real.

In all aspects. Peep em if you havent. Homicide is hella old doe.
