Z-Bo has been signed back, we all saw that they are a great team defensively, I feel like they are 1 or 2 solid players away from a finals berth,

Who should they look at? they need scoring from the perimeter.

sign anthony morrow.

basically, the team needs shooters. Meeks was just taken off the market. so look for them to court shooters very soon.

I think the SF spot is where they need an upgrade, whats their cap situation like?

Do they have enough money to get Ariza?

Ariza would be perfect but he won't sign for the MLE, that dude will get paid this season.

1. Re-sign Miller and Beno Udrih. Beno's ability to create off the dribble is something we haven't had at backup PG since eternity.

2. Get rid of Prince. He seems ok during the regular season but did jack shit in the playoffs.

3. Use the MLE to get an upper tier small forward with a 3 pt shot. Ariza is perfect, but won't happen. Maybe package one or two of our 17 shooting guards for a 3&D SF.

I don't think Deng would work. 3pt range is necessary.

Pondexter would've been great for them had he not broken his foot. Basically pick up some 3 and D guys at SF. Courtney Lee and Miller did wonders for their spacing next season and with Prince giving them 0 and Allen not being a shooter, they need the space for Z-Bo and Gasol down low.

Ariza would be a godsend but he's a bit too pricey for them. Deng's not quite the spacing they need. An interesting idea is James Johnson. He fell out of the rotation for some reason, but with Ed Davis gone he might get more time. Didn't he shoot 3s well last year?

Wesley Johnson would be good too - can defend reasonably well and he shot 37% from 3 for the Lakers last year.

Jordan Adams was a great draft addition for them, but they still need to get an upgrade over Prince somehow.

A backup point is pretty vital as well.

Yeah for some reason JJ fell off the rotation but he was filling the stat sheet when he played. I think Joerger likes playing him at the 4 instead of the 3 and Leurer does a better job as a stretch 4.

Miller can be the backup 3. Need someone consistent to start.

Another creator on the perimeter might be interesting as well. I know Gasol is a great playmaker but if Conley is the only guy who can handle the ball, they might be a bit turnover prone. I forget if Beno and Conley played a lot together, but that could be fine if they have something like Conley/Beno and Allen/Lee so Beno can be hid on the other team's weakest perimeter player.

I forget if Leuer played during the RS, I know he didn't see much time in the playoffs. They just need to bench Prince and give his time to younger guys like Leuer/JJ. Miller shouldn't be playing that much time due to wear and tear - he can still light it up though. Maybe something like

Conley/Beno
Lee/Allen
Pondexter/Miller
Z-Bo/JJ/Leuer
Gasol/Koufos

Bring in Allen when you need to destroy someone on the defensive end. Another guard that could handle the ball, defend and shoot threes would be awesome but that combo of skills are a bit beyond their range.

Move back to Van-city, sign Jeremy Lin, and draft the best east asian prospects.

They need a legit offense scorer/creator on the perimeter.

Shooting at SG or SF.

Pierce would be nice too, but won't happen.

I think they just need a good shooter who can create for himself at times.
Not a Rudy Gay type guy cause they are better off without him, But like somebody who can spread the floor and be respected on the offensive side

Imagine if Morey was keen to get rid of Parsons to go all in for LeBron and Melo?
