I always liked Luke walton as a player.. realiable mid range J and passing. lets see if he has talent in coaching.

Speaking of great Lakers coaches, Pat Riley and Phil Jackson have their hands full this summer. Obviously, Miami is still in the drivers seat with a personal chauffer whereas the Knicks are riding the subway to work.

Good hire, IMO. He didn't have the greatest physical abilities, but he made it in the NBA with a high basketball IQ.

He knows the game, even if he couldn't use his own body to perfect it.
