I know I'm probably in the minority but my fave is a good flat iron.
I've been feeling those lately. Good of you marinate em. Only type of steak I ll eat marinated.

Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil, plus oil for skillet
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
6 (1-inch thick) boneless New York strip steaks
Tarragon Melting Sauce

I'll take a 15.99$/pound prime just salt and pepper over choice grocery store with all them ingredients.

I just cooked a NY the other day and I like it. I usually buy rib eye but they are more expensive. I just started cutting off the fat before I pan fry. Both are good if you season and use butter.
