You can't contract aids, it develops later from HIV, with that said today most people in developed countries gets help, and, despite that there is no cure against HIV today the medicine keeps you at just HIV so it doesn't develop into aids.

I know most people think that having sex with someone with HIV automatically means you get HIV, but that isn't actually true. The risk of contracting HIV through ******l intercourse is less than 0.1% but over 1% anally... and that my kids, is the reason it was believed to be the homosexuals disease.
