NBC: action/drama/comedy

I've watched first two episodes. I plan to watch more. I can't say whether or not this will be a *hit* going forward. The way NBC drops shows early in the game there's no way to know for sure if Taxi Brooklyn is exempt or not. I don't see any special treatment here, so it's possible this one goes the same way as many other could'a would'a should'a been duds NBC seems to toss as rubbish without allowing the already completed first season to run all however many episodes remaining ... nope not at NBC, they'll yank that shit in the middle of episode 6 where there's eight total and pull the plug during Season's 1 (as this action confirms the only one, season).

I mean hell, at least let them finish out the bloody season before you pull it entirely and next week same time slot showing reruns of whatever other bullshit show NBC feels is worthy of the air time - but in this case this outcome scenario everybody loses, everyone looks like a horse's ass, and all of this could have been avoided if you just let the new rookie on the air block complete their show. I mean, you've already put them up there. Shit, you said go ahead gave them green lights you Big Wigs enjoyed the pilot, they were off to the races then suddenly two episodes in and there's echos behind heard "this is it?" ... "this is the new taxi show?" ... etc

:facepalm

I give up. I thought it looked alright. Let's just hope they'll allow a few more episodes to air and it'll pick up. Personally, I like the show.

Havent seen episode 2 yet but a cop being chauffeured around town by a French bank robber get away driver, doesnt bode well to last.

1st episode was entertaining though.

I watched episode 2 ... and I'll be honest, wasn't all that impressed. Losing steam.

NBC might be quick to pull shows because they are afraid of a Community type situation. Too popular to cancel but not popular enough to meet marginal return goals. Cutting it early gives an easier out.

Or it could just be not good enough idk I'm just riffing.
