The years of porning it up are starting to take their tole on my dear computer. What are the best ways to get rid of malware?
Should I take it in to a shop to fix or are there free programs I can download that find malware and delete it?
All of the ones I tried identiy all the files but then say I have to pay in order for the program to get rid of them. F*ck that.
Is there a hope for my dear computer?

Malwarebytes. It's free and it works. Seriously, download it.

do a fresh re-install
dual boot with a linux distro like ubuntu
use the linux OS to look at all the porn you want
it's free and you'll greatly cut down on the malware.
I like AVG though. seems pretty good.

Dual boot for porn is pretty excessive. Avast or AVG and a certain browser extension is all you need to fap safely.

personally i'd do a reinstall. there is something about those free malware programs that are extremely shady, and while it seems like it fixed your computer it doesn't feel right every time. reinstall at least gives you that assurance.
malware bytes is the best one i think but be careful because there are versions of it that spam you with signing up pop ups and stuff. all that free download stuff is just shady it feels from experience.

Boot into safe mode w/ networking
Download and run "rkill"
Download and run "TFC by OTL"
Download install and run MBAM (disable free trial of pro version to avoid popups down the road)
-reboot (back into safe mode with networking)
Download and run "AdwCleaner"
-reboot (back into safe mode w/ networking)
Download and run Kaspersky's TDSSkiller
Install and run Ccleaner
Reboot
-If still infected download and run "Combofix" (follow directions closely, and be sure to disable any real-time virus protection before running it)
-all the above mentioned tools are free, and can be found and downloaded on bleepingcomputer.com
Once you know you're "clean", you will want to delete all old system restore points, as virii could be lurking in them and return down the road. Manually create a new system restore point after this.
When done, make sure you have good up-to-date antivirus protection. If going w/ free protection I recommend Avast. You might also consider investing into a lifetime license for MBAM pro' which provides real-time protection against a lot of malware, and is only about ten bucks.
I'd also suggest installing the WOT (Web Of Trust) add-on for whichever browser you use. It can help keep you from accidentally visiting malicious websites.
Hope this helps. Happy fapping!

Download avast or avg and use that for anti virus.
Or dual boot linux ubuntu. It is a pretty fast OS anyways and very small too.

Livesystem on a USB-stick. Doesn't take away anything from your computer.

Use linux for all porn activities. I would recommend Wattos or Linux Mint. Both are much better than ubuntu.
1. Boot a live cd.
2. Mount windows and run virus programs on linux. All of them are free. You don't want to clean up through windows because most likely the virus has infected your root and registry and you can't get rid of them when it is running.
3. If that doesn't work, then I would nuke the harddrive and do a clean install.

Is it really just due to people not making viruses for apple?
I some how doubt that based on apple's stock price.
