I will admit that when I was younger there was this teriyaki grill place and this produce store that I thought were owned by the same asian man, and it was only years later that I realized they were 2 completely different guys and in retrospect they dont even look that similar.
I also confused chris tucker with chris rock for a while, but in retrospect they dont even look alike.
[QUOTE]I've seen The Departed twice, but I still don't understand it. The first time I watched it, I was utterly confused, and the plot still didn't make much sense on the second viewing. I know exactly why this is
I used to think Kevin Spacey and John Cusack were the same person.
Also Kyle korver & that guy from that 70s show.
But placing their pics side by side they don't look that much alike.

Yes...but not really people of other races, just people who i don't see much of.
I'm not white but i've been in america my whole life and so i can tell white people apart easily.
But yes, it'd be hard for me to tell asian people apart.

I think that is a point of the study. The assumption is that you will be more familiar with your race, and be around them more.
Eg. if a baby of one race was adopted by parents of another race and raised mostly around the adopted race, they might have trouble differentiating between their own race.

Maybe when it comes to fast quick decision type of things (like on the basketball court I'm guilty of committing turnovers because of this), but in regular situations...No not really. Though there's generally similarities to be expected. A lot of black women tend to be fat and round, have the same hairstyles, etc. I know this one dude that looks a lot like Cam'ron. But I wouldn't go so far as to say that "They all look the same"

damn that is eerily similar, maybe related.
I actually know what every dam race looks like about now and I'm pretty accurate at guessing. But, I choose not too because people get offended.

I never understood the Kyle Korver/Ashton Kutcher comparisons.
He looks more like Carrot Top
