Nah, if someone who has the longterm talent/potential to be a great NBA player has a bad game it's not a big deal.

Players look bad all the time in Summer League.

Now I'm not a fan of Napier as an NBA player. These four year players who are projected late second at best for their first 3 and 3/4's of their career and then all of a sudden get boost to late lottery-mid first projections because of a good tournament leave me skeptical.

But you can't read too much into Summer League stats. It's where scrubs look like future allstars and future allstars look like role players much of the time. I didn't watch the game tho, so I don't know how he played outside the box score.
