It's nice to see players getting back to some old school training methods. More players (and bigs) should practice more without dunking.

The star of the Cavs/Spurs game is Cavaliers point guard off the bench Will Cherry, ended up with 18 points and he scored 14 of the Cavaliers last 18 points.

Wiggins struggled with his shot from the perimeter, had 13 points and a couple great defense plays.

Bennett beasted early. He had 13 points and 14 rebounds.

Cavaliers are 2-0.

Wiggins showed that explosive hop step a few times at Kansas. Sometimes he dunked it and sometimes he elevated for an unblockable floater but I could never figure out why he didn't attempt it more. For a guy whose body control is at an elite level but lacks high level handles, it's a great tool to have.

High defensive potential yes; NBA ready defense? No. His defensive fundamentals are nowhere near his physical tools. He got lit up by some below average (by NBA standard) players last season. He'll get there but I think he'll have some major defensive struggles in his rookie season.

I don't think so. Brent Barry mentioned the tweak he had last game, but he came back into the game after 3-4 minutes on the bench and finished it out and still looked great. In addition to that, they have been alternating his games every day, so he's only played 6 games out of 12 now (no back to backs). Unless he doesn't play in our next game, everything should be all good for now
