He will earn my respect if he goes back to Cleveland. I don't honestly see myself rooting against him anymore. It will take tremendous courage to go back to the team he betrayed and will show what kind of character he has.

how could you hate on that?

I'd like your respect, because my mom is rediculously ugly and she's single.

where do I PM you for detail on acquiring your service in entertaining her?

He betrayed them by.... playing full contract out and then leaving? OK Massa, sorry massa.

I will lose all respect for LeBron if he goes to Cleveland. I'd have much more respect if he went to Chicago or somewhere. I won't have to root against them because their organization is just under the Cleveland Browns in the Clusterfrack rankings.

I'll respect him for stealing Wade's team, making Wade a second fiddle to him, telling him to opt out and therefore guaranteeing that he'll never make that kind of money again, and then bailing on him leaving Wade with a tear in his eye and his dick in his hand, because FVCK WADE.

cleveland isn't even his home town. that's like a player growing up in L.A. and going "home" to sacramento.

But really, he did wade DIRTY. lebron holding the nba hostage every free agency he's in with his indecisiveness.

Akron is 20 min. from Cleveland, and they don't have their own professional sports teams.

People from the Akron/Canton area, for the most part, root for Cleveland sports teams.

I'd have more respect for him if he stayed in miami, got rid of wade and bosh and built his own team there from the ground up

No team with Lebron on it will be bad enough to put good pieces around him until he's in decline.

He actually wore #23 in honor of Don Mattingly, his favorite Yankee growing up.

That's because those were the best teams and he must have been a bandwagon type of fan as a kid growing up.

That doesn't represent Akron as a whole though. If you were to poll Akron residents who are into sports I guarantee 99% of them root for Cleveland teams.

There are also tons of people who live in Cleveland and commute to Akron, and vice versa. Akron really is part of Cleveland.
